Terms of Service

These terms apply to services sold by Tyndall Digital LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company, and to your use of this website. Booking a session or paying an invoice means you agree to them.

Done-with-you AI setup and consulting: sessions, builds, and training, scoped in writing before we start. The specifics of any engagement (what gets built, timeline, price) live in the engagement note or invoice for that engagement. If that document and this page ever disagree, the engagement document wins.

Prices are in US dollars unless the invoice says otherwise. Invoices are processed through Stripe and are due on the terms shown on the invoice. Work on an engagement starts once the deposit or first invoice is paid, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Everything we build together on your machines is yours: the files, the structure, the content. I keep the right to reuse the general methods, patterns, and templates I bring to every engagement, but nothing that contains your private material.

Every engagement carries a written working-result guarantee, and I honor it. See the refund policy for how it works.

Beyond those stated guarantees, services are provided as-is. I work with third-party AI models and platforms that I do not control, and I cannot promise their behavior, pricing, or availability. My total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid me for the engagement the claim relates to.

I show up prepared and treat your business and data with care. You agree to give me honest access to the material the engagement needs and to use what I build within the law. Either of us can end an engagement early; you pay for work delivered up to that point and no more.

These terms are governed by Pennsylvania law. If some part of them turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
